Touchwood Team is a social media and content agency working with brands in Delhi NCR and Mumbai, combining strategy, creative direction, in-house production, branding, influencer marketing and AI-assisted workflows to build content-led brands.
Why the name
Touch wood is what people say when they want the good thing to hold. Brands come to us when they are ready to grow and want the growth to hold, so the name stuck.
The coordination problem
Most brand content is made by a chain of vendors: a strategist, a designer, a photographer, an editor, an influencer manager and whoever posts. Each hand-off loses part of the idea. Touchwood Team was built so one team carries a brief through strategy, creative direction, production and distribution. The brand people see on Instagram is the brand you meant to build.
The founders
Ritvi Ojha, co-founder and lead designer, leads brand identity, creative direction and the visual system behind every account. Arjun Sharma, co-founder and head of production, leads production, photography and the shoot-to-publish pipeline.
What we believe
Real numbers or none. The figures on this site come from public, checkable pages, and we do not publish follower guarantees or invented averages. Consistency beats virality, although we have had both. AI augments the team and never replaces the brand. And the client should be able to say touchwood every single day, not once a quarter.

The studio is in Ghaziabad, in Delhi NCR, and Touchwood Team works with brands across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad and Mumbai. Two of our biggest clients, HYNT and Millet Matters, are Mumbai brands. Production happens on location or at the studio; strategy, content and social run remotely, which is how the team has worked with brands from Lucknow to California.
