AI in the workflow
AI augments the team.It does not replace the brand.
Touchwood Team uses AI where it makes the work faster and the experiments more frequent: research, ideation, transcription, repurposing and reporting. Taste, judgement and the decision about what a brand should say stay with people who know the brand. We work with brands across Delhi NCR and Mumbai, including HYNT and Millet Matters.
Where AI sits in our process
Research: faster reads of a category, its audience language and what competitors are publishing. Ideation: more first drafts to react to, so the team spends its time choosing and refining rather than staring at a blank page. Production: transcription, captioning, first-pass edits and asset resizing. Repurposing: one long piece cut into many short ones. Reporting: cleaner monthly numbers with less manual work.
Where it does not sit
We do not publish generated images of real products, invent testimonials, or auto-post content nobody reviewed. Anything a customer sees has been made or approved by a person at Touchwood Team. The point of the tooling is more good experiments per month, not a cheaper feed.
What it means for clients
Faster turnarounds, more formats tested, and a team that spends its hours on the work that needs taste. When something is AI-assisted we say so.

Questions
Do you use AI to generate our content?
We use AI to assist research, drafting, editing and repurposing. Final content is made or approved by people. We do not publish generated imagery of real products as if it were photography.
Is AI-assisted content cheaper?
It is faster and lets us test more. Pricing is set by scope and outcomes, not by which tools were used.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Most Touchwood Team engagements are monthly retainers that combine strategy, shooting and publishing with one team. One-off shoots, launches and campaigns are quoted separately. Pricing depends on scope, so we start every conversation with a short brief rather than a rate card.

One team for strategy, creative, production and social. Send a brief and we will come back with what we would do first.
