FMCG
FMCG content that earns the view, then earns the shelf.
Packaged goods live on repeat purchase and shelf recognition. Touchwood Team builds FMCG content that puts the product inside everyday moments people actually watch, so the pack is familiar before the shopper reaches the aisle. We work with brands across Delhi NCR and Mumbai, including HYNT and Millet Matters.
The FMCG problem
An FMCG brand has seconds on a shelf and less than that in a feed. Most category content is either a product render nobody watches or a trend the brand does not belong in. What works is utility and repetition: recipes, hacks, everyday uses and brand-education episodes in which the product is essential to the payoff rather than pasted on at the end.
What we did for one food and FMCG brand
Since January 2024 Touchwood Team has run the Instagram account of a mustard oil brand. The first year was 11 Reels and about 90 thousand views while formats were tested. In 2025 the account published 81 Reels for 17.15 million views. In the first nine months of 2026, with the formats proven and frequency raised, 145 Reels generated 123.6 million views, an average of roughly 852,700 per Reel. The best single Reel, a kitchen hack, reached 67.8 million views.
The formats that carried it were cooking hacks, everyday kitchen utility and a recurring purity-education series. The full breakdown is in the case study.
Production for FMCG
Packaging photography for marketplaces and retail decks, food styling and cooking video, campaign films for seasonal moments, and packaging design when the pack itself needs to change. It is all in-house, so the content plan and the shoot plan are the same document.

Questions
Do you understand distribution-led FMCG brands, not just D2C?
Yes. The FMCG account described above is a distribution-led food brand where social builds recognition and trust rather than direct sales. Content is planned for that job.
Can you handle multi-language content?
Content for that account mixes Hindi and English to match its audience. We plan language per brand and audience.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Most Touchwood Team engagements are monthly retainers that combine strategy, shooting and publishing with one team. One-off shoots, launches and campaigns are quoted separately. Pricing depends on scope, so we start every conversation with a short brief rather than a rate card.
Where does Touchwood Team work?
The studio is in Ghaziabad, in Delhi NCR, and Touchwood Team works with brands across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad and Mumbai. Two of our biggest clients, HYNT and Millet Matters, are Mumbai brands. Production happens on location or at the studio; strategy, content and social run remotely, which is how the team has worked with brands from Lucknow to California.
